We are so glad that we did. Billy was our salesman. He was probably more of a consultant for us. There was no pressure to "upgrade" us to something we didn't want or need. After bringing the vehicle to us…Note we looked at other dealerships first and they had us walking all over the lots trying to find the truck to know avail and we were worn out when we quit looking…it was a pleasure to just walk out and have it waiting for us. He explained the features and all the extra…we bought a Denali which has so many features that my wife and I probably won't fully understand for a while…we went on a test drive. He didn't try to say don't go on the highway or don't go there. He gave us a great drive, and the whole while there was no obnoxious pressure on his part. When we got back to the dealership we knew we found the truck we wanted and a salesman we will go to when we are ready for another vehicle. The dealership was more than fair with our trade in. We didn't feel cheated at all. Honestly I think if there would have been a problem than Billy would have helped us until we felt it was fair. We had a 2011 Lincoln MKS which had many of the features as the New Kia we were looking at. Billy immediately came outside when my husband, sister and I pulled up. No pressure at all he was kinda chit chatting and got to know us a little bit. I felt like I had know him all my life. He is one of the most friendly, professional car salesman I have ever met. We went for a test drive and we ask him if he knew where we could find a Dairy Crème and he said heck no but find one and we'll go.
