Detailed description is Bing & Go, located on the Strand Wainuiomata, serving up our own version of Jian Bing, as well as Salads & Real Fruit Ice Creams. The BING & GO concept is based on a type of Chinese street style savory crepe called Jian Bing which can be found almost everywhere in China. In Chinese language, a “Bing simply means “crepe”, “Pancake” or any object in the shapes of that kind, while “Jian” means “pan fried” or “seared”. . . Here at BING & GO, we offer our very own Kiwi versions of Jian Bings. We just call them “BINGS”. . As well as our sweet & savory bings, we also have a range of delicious salads, cajun wings, kumara wegdes, corn nuggets and real fruit ice cream.. .
