Before my NJWC case was also dismissed I moved again & transfers my case to Ocean County but NO medical was entered onto the Record by I had several Judges like Judge Aronaald "Buddy" Goldman my PRIOR lawyer. It was now 6 years later, I am unemployable, all liability IS legally admitted and all my treating physicians are chosen by them but their lawyer Craig Summers of Hill Wallack stated on the record every month for 2 years, he had no medical from his client but the treating doctors mailed the treatment records to the Judge personally- still I got nothing. When I requested the most record medical be put on the record I was kicked out & locked out of NJWC Toms River, NJ court room by Judge Hicky & Craig Summers ESQ. I called 911,I explained what was being done to me with court & my injuries to the agent that sent the police. The Judge also called the police to have me arrested but since the operator stayed on the phone with me, I was NOT arrested. I appealed Judge Hickys order I am totally disabled since I am UNEMPLOYABLE entitled to more money. The order was not entered into the "state system" until 12/2011. Now 12 years later they want to pay me 125.00 per week!!!! & nothing else. AKA "Corp. Government & Religion "Well ..FAIR".
