My happy place is a little blue cottage our family owned years ago. It was an old “vintage” cottage and needed a lot of work, but we loved it anyway. As we set about repairing and making it ours, I learned a lot about the power of paint. I discovered how rewarding it is to turn something old and once forgotten into something beautiful and loved again.. Our family holds memories of it very close to our hearts. My husband and I bought it when our youngest daughter was just a baby. She and her 2 sisters grew up there and I'm proud to say, it is a part of who they are today. . . Fast forward many years; we no longer have the cottage. When our daughters made empty nesters of us, I turned my love of fixing things up into a home staging business.
