We are a family owned and run business and have been in business for about 15 years. Some of you may remember when we had 2 stores, we started with one in Jacksonville in the Kroger parking lot. But now we just have 1 location which is in the Knights parking lot off highway 89 in Cabot (aka New Knights for the people who have lived in Cabot as long as we have) . . I started this business to give my kids a summer job while out of school, and hopefully keep them out of trouble, and it turned into my hobby. I have always strived to be the best, and hope you all feel the same, I love this business like I love my family. You, my customers are all family! I hope you always feel that way when you come to my stand! My kids have since grown up, but still help out in the business and one of my son's bought his own and now runs it in Sherwood along with his wife and 3 girls!. . I have owned this business for a long time and know what a good snow cone is and enjoy seeing the old faces and new faces every year. I always enjoy feed back from my customers so please feel free to leave your suggestions on what flavors you would like us to carry and which ones you don't like. Our product is a lot like the ones that are in New Orleans, and our ice is so soft it will melt instantly in your mouth. We also offer some of the most popular flavors in sugar free so you can enjoy a shaved ice without the guilt!
