Detailed description is I am so excited to announce that my favorite activities are colliding, once a month, here in beautiful Portsmouth, NH! Fitness and Beer IS happening! I am so excited to announce that two of our favorite activities are colliding, once a month, here in beautiful Portsmouth, NH! Fitness and Beer IS happening! One Sunday Funday a month, we will be having full body workouts at Redhook Brewery. The workouts will range from Yoga, Cardio, Pilates and whatever fun stuff we can come up with! From 1pm to 2pm you will get your sweat on with me, followed up with a refreshing pint of the 'Hook! For those of you who don't know me, I am a southern gal relocated in the amazing NH area, that as a background and love for nutrition and fitness. For those of you who don't know Redhook, well, they've been rocking beautiful suds since '96 in Portsmouth and their brewery is the real deal. I'm thrilled to bring amazing workouts to you, as I have fallen in love with guiding people to their whole body transformations. Now that it is chilly outside we will be moving the event to the upstairs room overlooking the brewhouse! Umm, yes please! Be sure to bring your mat, your ID for a tasty adult beverage and your thirst. I truly hope to see you all there.
