Detailed description is Recreation is essential to the general health, wellness and livelihood of our community. The Recreation Committee for Bruce Mines consists of members of the public and members of Council. This Committee consists of VOLUNTEERS who meet monthly to plan various activities for our community. . . The mandate of the Committee is:. . To conduct, encourage and assist the programs of recreation which shall meet the needs and interests of the locals. . . To assist, encourage and provide services on request to all groups, organizations or persons carrying on activities in the Bruce Mines area. . To inform the residents of the recreational opportunities which are available. . . . . Thanks goes out to our Committee and volunteers for all their hard work through out the year!
