Our purpose is to enable experienced and novice homebrewers to create half barrel volumes of custom beer and occasionally larger or smaller batches depending on client needs. We provide professional grade equipment, materials required, guidance/expertise, temperature controlled storage during fermentation, and easy bottling and kegging after its done.. . Here's how it works: You call or come to us to schedule a brewing session. To ensure we have all the materials ready when you come in, we will help you pick a recipe to meet your needs. You come to your brewing session, brew your beer, and have a pint or two while you brew. We help you put your beer in a fermenter, and schedule a time to come back and keg or bottle your beer. 2-3 weeks later, your beer is ready to bottle and take home to share with your friends and family. . . This is our passion and our dream. We are currently in the funding stage, and hope to open in June of 2015.
