Cape Cod CSF, in its seventh year, is a community-based fisheries project that supports the economic viability of local fishermen by providing local communities with sustainably caught squid, mackerel, scup sea robin, black sea bass, bluefish, butterfish and bonito. The weirs of Cape Cod are seasonal, and those in Stage Harbor have been identified as successful areas to harvest migratory fish. There is only two weir companies remaining on Cape Cod, and the Stage Harbor weir is one of the last standing. .
