The outside will be wrap fabric of your choice and the inside will be a cloth of your choice. . . Reach Straps: . Reach straps attach to the hood loops of your carrier. They are lengths of fabric that have snaps at one end. These straps are meant to extend the length of the hood straps. When back wearing it can be difficult to reach the hood to pull it over the child's head and this extra length makes it much easier. . Reach straps can be made with one strip of fabric folded or two different pieces put together so that you have different looks on each side. These can be made to any length or width desired. the BICA recommends no longer than 8 inches. . . Toy Straps: . Toy straps are lengths of fabric that have snaps at both ends which allow you to snap the fabric to your carrier at one end and a toy to the other end so that when your child does drop his/her toy you don't have to bend down to pick it up!
