We are an historic Bed & Breakfast hidden in suburbia and tucked 2.5 miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Catton Old Hall is an historic Grade II listed former mayorβs home dating from 1632 on the outskirts of the city. This delightful small licensed family-run guest house is full of quirky creaky charm. Good locally-sourced food in a friendly relaxed atmosphere and a warm welcome awaits. Free on-site parking with regular nearby public transport into heart of the city. Perfect for romantic getaways or city breaks. Norwich is one of the best cities in the UK for shopping. Ideally placed as a base for exploring the Norfolk countryside and the Norfolk Broads. The Hall was taken over in Jan 2014 and as you can see by the new photos added that there has been extensive refurbishment. We now have two beautiful ground floor rooms so is accessible to all.
