Detailed description is Local Worcester nonprofit working to create a culture of peace in the community. We currently work with youth in the Worcester public schools, providing knowledge and skills to cultivate empathy, assess and transform conflict, and to conduct peer mediation. CNVS also offers Community Mediation Services with trained, experienced mediators to help individuals and groups in greater Worcester neighborhoods and workplaces with conflicts. Community mediation is confidential voluntary informal dispute resolution process that honors principles of informed consent and self determination.
