Detailed description is Charity Fent fell in love with cake decorating. Her cake designs are award winning and more importantly they are delicious! Charity Fent started designing cakes just a few short years ago, after falling in love making her 14 year old sons birthday cake with her mother-in-law. That was 4 years ago and she has not looked back since. Charity is mainly self taught with the exception of a few Craftsy classes and online tutorials. In 2013 Charity decided this was the career path she wanted and left her job as a manager for over 13 years. She had been working with an incredible mentor and best friend Sonja, for the last 3 years and at the beginning of 2015 decided to venture out and start her own business. In 2011 Charity won a cake boss competition in town and has since been asked to make tutorials for the online cake decorating school, SugarEd Productions, write blogs for various well known bakeries, featured in a Craftsy blog and been asked to film classes.
