It's also about learning why sourcing locally is so important, highlighting sustainability, traceability, food insecurity, etc. CHEW Dinner/Brunch - each track explores a unique theme, sourcing everything locally and pairing it with great cocktails, and even better company. We are exploring different Chefs, neighborhoods, farms, and more - and we want YOU to join us! Come dine with us once, and you'll be hooked! . .
