We believe the evolution and development of officials at a younger age has finally arrived thus, supporting CSO’s vison to create the first and only multi-sport officiating school in the country devoted to our youth. . Founder and CEO, John Fahey has officiated over 25,000 youth, high school and high-level basketball games in the Chicago area for over three decades. John has also seen firsthand that not only is there a serious lack of young officials, those that are coming up through the ranks have been somewhat deprived of the mentoring and old-fashioned one-on-one schooling so many of his generation enjoyed and benefited from.
