Under Counseling, CAPA provides Crisis Assistance, General Counseling, Community-Based Services and Group Counseling. . . Family Support Services include the Parents and Children Together (PACT) psycho educational group, Healthy Family Needs Assessments and a Healthy Family Connections program. . . CAPA also provides educational services, such as Parenting Education, Mandated Reporter Training, Community Education Outreach, Helpline Assistance and Attachment Groups. . .
