Today, there are over 5000 clients, and GAP gives out over 300 bags of food each week.. . In 2007, Grace Abounds Program was established that offered residences for homeless and/or abused women, with or without children. There are three residences currently that remain filled.. . In July 2010, Church of the Harvest held a free summer camp for children, and we will be holding the 2011 summer camp for up to eight weeks. From all the exposure to the communities of the Glades, a new call was issued to start a Christian school that ministers to regular as well as special needs children as well as offering a school of the arts emphasis to an area almost devoid of cultural awareness.. . G.A.P. Christian Academy will begin its first classes - kindergarten through third grade - in August 2011. Each class will accept a maximum of 15 students.. . Our Goal is to bring Jesus Christ into the classroom and into the lives of our students.
