She was promoted to Assistant Agency Manager of the Lehigh Valley Agency in 2001. Since then, she graduated from the Leadership In Life Institute, served on Baltimore Life’s President’s Advisory Council, and has been a member of an award-winning agency management team for the past 15 years. The Lehigh Valley Agency has earned the President’s Award 11 out of the past 15 years. . . Cindy lives in Kutztown with her husband Kerry and daughter Kailey. She is a member of The Greater Shiloh Baptist Church in Easton PA and has always enjoyed helping in the communities where she has lived and worked. She helps the homeless through organizations such as The Chosen 300, Philabundance and The Lehigh Valley Area Conference of Churches’ soup kitchen. Cindy was the winner of Baltimore Life’s 2009 Joe Blair Community Leadership Award.
