Detailed description is Empower Hour is a FREE program brought to you by the City of Chula Vista! All youth are invited to join us for sports, games, crafts, and energy saving! Empower Hour is a FREE program brought to you by the City of Chula Vista. Our motto is "Play Hard, Eat Well, and Save Energy!" You will see the Rec N' Roll truck at a different park Monday through Friday within the City of Chula Vista. We are also at most City of Chula Vista special events. Drop in & join us for some awesome activities! We will play sports, games, and even have arts & crafts. Youth of all ages are welcome to participate. The Empower Hour program is based around participating in sports, games, arts, and crafts while learning how to save energy (which will also save your family money!)...So, come out & join us at the following parks:. . Mondays: 2-5 pm at Santa Venetia Park (1500 Magdalena Ave). Tuesdays: 2:30-5:30 pm at Harborside Park (670 Oxford St). Wednesdays: 2:30-5:30 pm at Hilltop Park (780 Hilltop Dr). Thursdays: 2:30-5:30 pm at Terra Nova Park (450 Hidden Vista Dr). Fridays: 1-4:30 pm at Tiffany Park* (1713 Elmhurst St). *THE LAST FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH WE WILL BE AT THE CHULA VISTA SOUTH LIBRARY (389 Orange Ave). .
