A rental agreement with the Foundation specifying the terms of service and payment schedule must be signed, and returned with a non-refundable reservation deposit of $500, payable to the St Petersburg Civitan Foundation. Balance to be paid 30 days prior to the event date. Check or Money Order ONLY.. . Rental of the Civitan:. . Monday- Thursday: $500.00. Sunday: $1000.00. Friday: $1250.00. Saturday: $1450.00. . All food service must go through Orange Blossom Catering, they are the exclusive caterers for this venue. . . Alcohol can be brought in, but for insurance reasons a bartender from Orange Blossom Catering will need to tend the bar.. . Tables and chairs (for inside use only) are included in rental price.. .
