Detailed description is OPEN aims to serve the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) communities at Clark University. OPEN aims to serve the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) communities. Allies of LGBTQ students are also a valuable part of the group, and aid in efforts to educate and spread awareness of LGBTQ issues. OPEN members are dedicated to improving support and awareness in both the Clark community and all over the globe.. . OPEN holds large events throughout the school year such as Coming Out Stories, Drag Ball, and our Week of Awareness, as well as some lovely speakers. We also hope to keep working towards a more transgender-friendly campus and to bring more gender-neutral bathrooms on campus (we already have expanded on the main campus!) and any other initiatives that the club wants to see!. . OPEN is furthermore a social outlet for LGBTQ Clark students and their allies. Community building and support is central to our group.. .
