Our children are our future; let us invest wisely in their foundation.. . The Clay County Children’s Policy Council was initially founded in March of 1999 and disbanded shortly thereafter. It has been re-instated as of August 2006 with 30 volunteer members.. . We are fortunate to have very motivated and hard working members and to date have been able to bring several new programs into our county. We look forward to this challenge and hope that with community support we will have the ability to make a significant impact on the services and programs that affect the lives of our children..
