They rake/plow/tear up/out the weeds in any small areas like round pens, small arenas, horse stalls, vacant dirt yards, gravel driveways, break up washboard roads, etc. They are triangular so they will not "hook" onto fence posts, etc. You can add up to 150 lbs of weight for more depth, yet they are light enough to easily move around at approximately 40 lbs (+ or-). They have real carbide tipped, "spikes/teeth", not just cut metal ends, and will last a lifetime! They measure about 48" by 54". The cross bars are placed specifically so that a crate can be tied on and rocks, bricks, etc, can be used for additional weight or as a "pick up" trash/rocks receptacle as your work!
