Detailed description is The Clinton Terminal Railroad (CTR) is based in Clinton, North Carolina. The CTR is available 24 hours a day for your freight services. The Clinton Terminal Railroad, a class 3 short line railroad, is under new ownership as of October 2013 with the same desire to provide fast, efficient and cost effective service to its customers. The CTR is available 24 hours a day for your ad hoc freight movements as well as having transloading capabilities in order to service our customers not located along our line. The CTR was originally formed in 1995 over the last 3.5 miles of the CSX Warsaw Branch Line and currently interchanges with CSX.
