I have a contemporary dance background and have always loved to dance but I HATE to excercise!!! I found Zumba by accident really, when I was seeking out excercise options for health reasons. After my first class, I was hooked and have never looked back. After a few months and losing 53 lbs, I convinced my daughter to get licensed with me and now, a year later, we teach classes together!! Our "Club Zumba" nightclub experience is the most fun you'll ever have exercising. Every class feels like a party! Come join us and you'll see what we mean. You don't even have to know how to dance.
