Using a case-management approach, Willy Ramirez, College Access Transition Specialist, provides academic and high-school-to-college support services by: . . • Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with students throughout the semester to discuss academic progress and goals. . • Addressing students’ individual needs to create a specific academic plan setting short-term and long-term goals. . • Assisting with the financial-aid process . . • Connecting students to Middlesex Academic Support & Tutoring Services . . • Instilling leadership and cultural interaction by encouraging students to connect with MCC clubs, activities and events . .
