is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization created in 1991 and is supported by a combination of federal, state and local public funds and other local private, corporate and individual contributions.
It is governed by a 15 member Board of Directors which includes leaders of the school district, the local business community, social service and youth serving agencies, the faith community, law enforcement and post-secondary educational institutions..
