Detailed description is Developmental volleyball program including summer camps, position-specific skills training, volleytikes and volleykids, for boys and girls ages 4-18. Volleyball through the Community Olympic Development Program is a very unique and exciting opportunity as we are currently the only CODP volleyball program in the country. Our program was created by the United States Olympic Committee to help identify, train and develop possible future Olympians.. . The focus is building consistency in basic fundamentals and incorporating those skills into competition. Two-time Olympian and 1992 Olympic Bronze Medalist, Lori Endicott-Vandersnick, is the head coach of the program. Lori is originally from Springfield and her experience as an Olympic athlete allows other young players to realize that Olympic dreams are possible.
