Compasio Relief & Development has been responding to the needs of women and children at-risk along the border of Thailand and Burma since 2006. Our intentional and ongoing relationships within the communities we serve allow us to better understand the issues, the culture, the obstacles and ultimately the best way we can respond. In collaboration with local organizations and networks, we pursue a holistic approach in everything we do.. . Our team represents many different ethnic groups from Burma and Thailand who lead and direct our projects on the ground. They are supported by capacity builders from America, the UK, Australia and Canada who fill specific roles within the team. Despite our different cultures and backgrounds, we all share the same heart to love, protect and empower women and children from Burma.. .
