Detailed description is I am a licensed mental health counselor that works with women and men going through life transitions and changes causing anxiety and depression. As well as helping to normalize and encourage mental health and the conversations surrounding this topic. I am a licensed mental health counselor providing counseling for adults (ages 18+) who need a safe space to process their life changes and transitions that may cause anxiety, depression, and fear from that change.
