Just a simple liability thing. Obviously I'm not gonna make your computer explode or anything, but I don't want to be held accountable in the worst case scenario or something happens while I'm servicing you're computer. If that's a problem, then I'm sorry but there are other computer services out there. :). . If you're problem is NOT fixed after I've serviced you're device, please reach out to me within 10 days. If you do this, within the 10 day period, I'll come back to reservice your device free of charge. After all, you should never be charged twice if I didn't solve your problem!. .
