I have been in the childcare field for over 25 years.
I followed my husbands army career for 21 years and provided in home daycare through a FCC family child care program in the military, was a lead teacher in an infant and toddler classroom in Germany and worked for head start for 3 years as a cook and early head start for 1 year as a home based home visitor.
I have loved working with families and children.
We become family in my daycare because we work together to meet the children's individual needs.
My husband and I are empty nesters.
We have two grown children who are married and 2 beautiful grand daughters.
I want to provide a setting where children are able to experience country life by gardening, working with chickens, cooking activities,crafts and more while also promoting school readiness.
I also maintain all requirements for the STARS program, ICCP, Licensing and the state.
I encourage parent to stop by or call anytime to check on their children and to be as involved as they want.
