We believe that there is a little "Cowboy" in everyone of us, and Cowboy Donuts was started to honor you! . . In 2010 Jason Hammond and Derek Johnson searched for a truly fresh donut, but the perfect donut proved elusive. They tested countless recipes in the garage with a propane turkey fryer. After numerous failures and several near perfect recipes, Jason and Derek finally landed on the one, and Cowboy Donuts was born.. . They dreamed of a place where things were done the right way every time, a place where friends and family could gather and create memories almost as good as the donuts and kolaches that were served.
