Before my wife Stephanie and I started Creative Pest Solutions, I was working for a company I had invested 17 years of my life helping to build, and gave my every loyalty to. One day I woke up and realized I just couldn't go any further. No way for promotions, no way to grow, and no way to build a legacy for my wife and 5 children. I decided it's never too late to start. Seemingly all odds were against us; with almost no money saved, and everyone around us saying,"the economy is horrible", "there is too much competition", "this is the worst time and season". We did our research, we prayed, and then we took a huge leap of faith. Let me say we've had our share of battles; we faced Goliath and we prevailed. However, I have to give credit where credit is due. God has definitely had our backs.We made many decisions about what we wanted to be as a pest control company if we were to be successful, and 4 words sum it up: Creative, Authentic, Better,Caring.. . . 1.
