Detailed description is Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Darin Kjaer and I own and operate a concession company in South Haven, Minnesota. My company, D & D Concessions has been in the business for 20 years and we are a 3rd generation family business. We participate in over 45 events including over 14 County Fairs, Fargo Ribfest, Minnesota State Fair and the Oklahoma State Fair.. . We would like to have the opportunity to participate in your event. We have 5 trailers and have the ability to serve almost any item. However we specialize in cheese curds (regular, jalapeno and taco, and served at the Oklahoma State Fair), funnel cakes (over 9 toppings and served at the Minnesota State Fair), corn dogs (regular and jalapeno), and gryos. . .
