Detailed description is We are a tobacco community grant with the Arkansas Department of Health servicing coverage areas of Lee, Monroe, Phillips and St. Francis Counties. We are a Community Based Tobacco Free Grant with the Arkansas Department of Health's Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Program (TPCP). We are housed at the Barton-Lexa School District in Phillips County. Our program services Lee, Monroe, Phillips, and St. Francis Counties. Stacey Morris is the Tobacco Prevention Coordinator for this program. Delta Tobacco Prevention Coalition is a private schoool located in , phillips of arkansas,united-states.
