Detailed description is Hair services by Roger Foreman. . Hours for Friday and Saturday alternate each week. Here is a little background information about me and my career travels.. . I am a Findlay, Ohio native, where much of my family continues to reside. After high school, I attended the University of Toledo and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications with a minor in business. Several years following college, I held various positions at a savings and loan in Findlay.. . At the end of 1990 the bank was purchased by Bank One. This was perfect timing for me to explore my creative side and recreate myself by attending cosmetology school. I attended the Tiffin Academy of Hair Design in Tiffin, Ohio. The school was a wonderful place to gain basic skills and knowledge of the cosmetology industry. In order to hone the necessary skills to ensure success in the cosmetology industry, I joined one of the top central Ohio salon and spa chains, Kenneth’s Design Group, in 1992. Through my 8 1/2 years working as a hair designer for Kenneth’s I developed most of my skills that have helped me become the hair designer that I am today. to be a successful hair designer. In July 2000 I developed and established the Human Resource and Training departments at Kenneth’s. I continued this role for 7 years while Kenneth’s grew from ~180 to 400 employees. . . After being employed by Kenneth’s for 15 1/2 years, I enthusiastically returned to a hair design career in a friend’s salon in German Village, Teez Hair Salon. I worked at Teez for 4 years until this opportunity at Studio Elements presented itself. . . In 2007 I returned to school at Columbus State Community College to become a Landscape Designer. I am still a student and almost finished with the Landscape Design/Build program at CSCC. Having acquired the necessary knowledge and skills to be a successful designer, I created my own business, Design by Roger. DBR envelopes my design activities in both hair design and landscape design.
