Deposits are due 10 days after reserving your seats unless we are within the 60 day window of final payments. . . Initial deposits of $50 are non-refundable when resulting in cancellations that reduce the group's size/hotel deposit. Deposits due to cancellation can sometimes be transferred to another trip. . . If a trip is cancelled by the host or bus company, all travelers enrolled at the time of cancellation may be entitled to a full refund (as determined by cancellation policies of individual vendors). . . Final payment is due 60 days prior to the departure date of the tour. If you cancel prior to the 60 days all funds will be returned except the $50 deposit. . .
