Detailed description is Dewflock mobile bars was born when the farm diversified into a wedding venue offering marquees, hogroasting, bell tent village, country games and bars Based just outside Dorchester, Dorset, Dewflock Bars offers a fully insured, experienced mobile bar service for your event. Whether you are getting married, celebrating a birthday or holding a corporate date, we can adapt our services and drinks accordingly.. We offer a fully stocked bar with a choice of three draught, normally a lager, beer and a cider. We stock all the usual suspects, mixers and garnishes. We will liaise with you to finalise your preferred tipples and will always endeavour to have ample stock of your choice.. Our staff are all experienced and know their way around the bar so a fast service will be guaranteed.. Once your booking has been finalised, we will apply for Temporary Event Notice on your behalf and ensure the relevant local authority departments are notified and the legalities are taken care of.. . How You Can Run Your Bar. There are several ways you can go about offering a bar at your event.. 1. Paid bar. Your guests pay for their own drinks as they go. This can be cash or card.. 2. Subsidised bar. You can put money behind the bar to get the party going. When our till roll exceeds this set amount, we would notify you and you may either wish to continue funding the bar or your guests then start buying their own.. 3. You can subsidise the price of the drinks so your guests still buy their drinks but at a reduced cost. This works really well with pints and glasses of wine; spirits and shots remain full price. If we reduce the unit prices by ยฃ1, we then tally up the number of drinks served and then you settle the bill at the end of the night. Still a generous way of hosting but also an effective way of reducing wastage.. 4. You pay for the lot! Simple but famously expensive!. . We charge ยฃ250 for bar set up but this is refundable should the takings exceed ยฃ1500 so potentially a free service..
