This fun and inspiring three-year programme is designed to raise the aspirations of pupils from backgrounds where university has not featured before. Pupils have the opportunity to visit the University of Sheffield and take part in exciting hands-on subject taster sessions, team building and problem solving activities and explore the wealth of career and life opportunities that exist through Higher Education.. . Discover US students will:. . - Visit the University of Sheffield three times a year to get to know our campus. -Find out what it's really like to study with us and to live the life of a student. - Meet other school students and increase their confidence and communication skills. Work with undergraduate students and find out what they think about university. - Discover the possibilities that a university education can open up. - Use their experiences to help make informed choices when applying to Higher Education.
