FRIDAY HEALING SERVICE is open to all and consists of a silent meditation, a guided healing meditation for ourselves, others and our planet and a talk on self-transformation and the practical application of our universal yoga philosophy. Meditation begins at 7:30.. . GROUP MEDITATION: First and Third Tuesday of the month. Usually held the First and Third Tuesday of the month at 7:30 pm.
