She started practicing and studying for the spiritual journey seeking to "release the heaviness" in her life. She quickly realized the world of "yoga, health, and spiritual practice had called her home" and brought her to see the brighter side of living in health and love. Since graduating from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition, completing the 200-hour RYT Training Program at Stil Studio, studying and getting trained in Reiki Energy Healing and as a lifelong student of ACIM, Danielle aspires to share the brighter side of living in love and health, with her students. Through her yoga teaching, coaching and energy work, she guides her students to put themselves first so they can break free from the chains holding them back in life. With her guidance, Danielle holds a loving space, honoring their journey as they blossom into creating a life of more peace, health, happiness and love. Danielle inspires her clients to spread the love they receive from her, with themselves first and when they go out into the world. Her passion for yoga, optimal health and radical happiness includes movement in our bodies, focus on chakra balancing, nourishment from food and spiritual modalities, along with the mental liberation that comes as a result of their practice. When Danielle isn't practicing yoga or holding loving space for her clients, you can find her spending time with her husband of 8 years, her boxer Sophie, cooking, connecting with nature and getting lost in a good book.
