Detailed description is North metro Denver’s oldest theater, the D.L. Parsons Theatre provides arts and entertainment year-round to all ages. The D.L. Parsons Theatre is north metro Denver’s oldest theatre providing entertainment year-round to patrons of all ages. The theatre is a 300-seat venue owned and operated by the City of Northglenn and is inside the Northglenn Recreation Center, located near the southeast corner of 120th Avenue and I-25. The theatre is currently home to the award-winning Northglenn Youth Theatre (NYT) and the Northland Chorale. The theatre is available for rent by contacting Michael Stricker at mstricker@northglenn.org.. . Terms of Service for Public Comments. i.
