Day-to-day operations are managed by Dorcas, her daughter Brandy, and Brandy's daughter, with the occasional helping hand from neighbors, visiting customers and relatives.. . The farm sustains an ever-changing population of beef cows, sheep, pigs, chickens, turkeys and ducks, as well as a large organic garden.. . Products include grass-fed lamb, pastured pork, homemade jams, eggs from our flock of free-range chickens, hand-sewn blankets and quilts, sippers and other hand-crafted items.. . We believe in a sustainable, farm-to-table, CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) model. Our animals are raised in a low-stress environment on 10 wooded acres. Pasture grazing is supplemented with the most natural feed that can be obtained locally. This model is infinitely better for the animals' wellbeing, our customer's health, the local economy and the health of the planet than the typical CAFO (Concentrated Animal Feed Operation).. .
