The Duncan Valley P.A.L. is a local chapter of the National PAL which was founded in 1914 by Captain John Sweeney of the New York Police Department. Since that time, PAL's mission has remained the same- to keep young people out of trouble by channeling their energy into recreational, educational, and athletic opportunities.. . Currently the Duncan Valley P.A.L. offers Basketball, Dance,Cheerleading, Football and Wrestling, Math and Science summer camps.. . President: Cecilia Jernigan. 520-254-2550.
