The firm purchased the 28,000 sf former Canfield Supply warehouse in the year 2000 and has renovated 90% of the building to date. It currently has six tenants in addition to the firm occupying the building and it has very much become the home to Scott Dutton Associates.. . The majority of projects that have passed through the hands of Scott Dutton Associates have been located in the beautiful Hudson Valley, with some jobs ranging in size from 100,000 square feet to over 15,000,000 square feet. The firm specializes in designs for persons with disabilities, health care, and the related fields, but are fully fit to take on a variety of other projects.. . Local projects in the City of Kingston include the Ulster Academy Lofts (former Number Two School), the Kingston Health Pavilion (former Hutton Nursing Home), Barcone Music, the Fred J.
