Detailed description is This is a Half Marathon and 5K Trail Run Race that will be held in Cartersville, GA at red top mountain state park on June 21, 2014. June 21, 2014. . Red Top Mountain State Park Cartersville, GA. . SWAG. All Half Marathon finishers will receive a custom medal anda technical short sleeve t-shirt, all 5K finishers will receive a short sleeve technical t-shirt.. . GRAND PRIZE. The overall male and female winners of the half marathon will win a one year running sponsorship courtesy of Dynamic Spine and Sports Therapy!!. . COURSES. The Half will use the Sweet Gum, Homestead, and Lakeside Trails. The 5K will use the Sweet Gum and Lakeside Trails. The trails are not technical, and well marked!. . AWARDS. Top 3 Overall Male and Female, Top 3 Male and Femalefinishers, as well as the following groups: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & older. . PARKING. Parking is available at Red Top Mountain but is limited. There is a $5 parking fee that goes to the park. Carpooling is highly recommended.. . TIME LIMIT: There is a strict 3 hour cutoff on the half marathon!. . AID/SUPPORT: We will have aid stations at multiple locations on the course. There will also be an EMS station on the course. .
