Eagles Nest Forum (ENF) was birthed as Beechard Moorefield completed his Master of Arts in Organizational Management MAOM). He was deeply involved in Christian leadership, training, mentoring, and coaching, and perceived a deep need for relationship building among ministers as an integral part of any successful ministry. As his own ministry transitioned over the following decade from Pastor to Bishop and Apostle, the work of ENF further expanded into arenas of church and ministry development, especially in the international arena. Now, with that ministry having reached strongly into Peru, Mexico, Jamaica, Pakistan, Zambia, and impacting many ministers in the USA, missions, foreign and home, remain a strong focal point for ENF. With his energies now fully devoted to ENF, Bishop Moorefield and his wife, Sharon, now retired from banking, are free to travel, both nationally and internationally as the Lord enables them, to see ministers and churches strengthened, developed, planted, and established. In the foreign field ENF focuses on four ministry arenas; (1) Biblical leadership training for pastors and Christian leaders, (2) Biblical financial training and guidance, (3) equipping and inspiring young adults and older youth to energize churches, and (4) technical training and equipping to anchor ongoing and consistent contact, training, and encouraging. All this is done for the equipping, training, and inspiring of the Christian ministry in foreign countries. With a current budget established at $50,000 per year, teams of trainers in each arena can be taken for one-month trips into two to four foreign countries, and their travel, accommodations, food, and equipment provided for them. Now, Eagle's Nest Forum, under the ongoing leadership of Bishop Beechard Moorefield, serves as the primary international mission's arm of the church he pastored for 28-years, New Life International Pentecostal Fellowship. Also, that vision has expanded into the field of inspiring, motivating, and preparing educators to work with their students, beginning at the sixth grade level, to expose their students to the role of leadership, how it functions, and how they can grow into that role in the world that will soon be theirs to lead and influence.
