Detailed description is There is something to be said about the satisfaction felt when we help others. I feel it when I interview candidates and coach them on how to prepare for the real interview. I love knowing that what I do matters!.In 2008 I began a journey to self-discovery which brought me face to face with who I truly was. Made me realize of the life I was living to please others and meet others expectations rather than living my life as I saw fit.. . This journey was not as easy as I thought and took a while for me to absorb all the lessons this journey was to send my way. Today I stand a different person than I once was. Today I am stronger, wiser and more assertive. Today I love and respect myself for who I am. Today I am ready to take on all my goals as well as anything life has in store for me.. I made many mistakes and allowed things to happen in my life which left me in darkness. Recovery came as part of an awakening which began through self-discovery yet took hold by hitting rock bottom. My drive, my motivation is to share light with those that most need it. I felt I was given a chance and in turn I must share it with you. I have learned from my mistakes however I am not exempt from making a few. But today I see mistakes as lessons and I use them as stepping stones. I have learned to feel the fear yet keep moving despite it and I want to teach you how to keep moving. As a Director of Recruiting I am blessed to help individuals in getting past their fear of interviewing. I can coach them on how to prepare to interview until they find the job that suits them the most. I find this role satisfying as many of us have the tendency to overthink before the interview and sometimes talk ourselves from even showing up. We tell ourselves we are not ready and we can't pull it off.
