Detailed description is A local Church committed to exaltation (worship), evangelization (witness), edification (through the Word). We are an independent, non-denominational Bible church started in 1963 with our meetings at the local YMCA. Our charter membership consisted of 29 members and we moved into our present location in December 1964. We soon outgrew our building and added an addition in 1967 that will accommodate 300 people. Presently we have 44 members and an average weekly attendance of 100 people.. . More important than numbers, programs, and structures, however, is the foundation for the spiritual life at Emmanuel Bible Church that has been built. This foundation includes sound doctrine, spiritual leadership, and active service. We are convinced that God's legacy of faithfulness to us will continue in the future if we remain faithful to Him and His Word.. . The following is the list of pastors and their years of ministry:. . •Glenn Essenburg (1963-67) . •Grant Shattuck (1968-78) . •Wes Teterud (1978-1994) . •Abel Threeton (1995-2007) . •Joe Young (2008-Present)
